Sheridan Lake, CCC project. A small town was flooded when this lake was built.
Our Wednesday morning hike took us to
Spring Creek trail-head from which we hiked to Sheridan Lake. Beautiful weather, cool, bit overcast when we left to clear blue skies on our return. The bridge in the picture to the right is crossed when your hike the Centennial Trail or when out for day trips like ours. We had hiked part of this trail on Sunday afternoon but it was pretty busy. Today we only met two couples on our return trip.
